Examples from 5 years of verbal harassment

My experiences since moving into 49 Brooks Dr involving the homeowner next door.
Harassment, verbal and physical, from Dec 2015-present. One focus has been verbal harassment, trying to
provoke a reaction whether I am inside my home, working in my yard or simply walking to/from my vehicle.

From 2016-2017, prior to security system set up:
In Dec 2015, Hendricks started his campaign which included daily and early morning harassment to disrupt my sleep.
Tried using my flip phome to capture examples when I was woken but those are mostly in a dark room with low audio.
I then got my first smart phone which made taking videos easier, then tried a cheap body camera
so I would not have to take out my phone to capture harassmsnet but it wouldn't work right.
Because I would be harassed most anytime I was in my yard, I started turning on phone to record if I was
going to be outside for much time doing yardwork/mowing or working on my motorcycle/car.
Some videos are long, I have noted how far to advance for certain bits.

From 2018-current, after security system set up (timestamped videos):
In 2017, I bought and returned three security systems because they did not record multiple channels and record audio.
In 2018, I tried again and got a system working but just kept two cameras inside my living room, facing out the
front windows to capture harassment so police would believe me when I reported an incident or extreme harassment.
In 2019, I had the wired cameras installed outside to cover front/back/side yards.
I would note when I was harsssmd, then review and save that part of the security video.

This page only has examples of harassment while I was outside in my yard or leaving/returning.

10/6/2016- working on motorcycle in front of porch (phone on seat)- a: hendricks harasses (claims I opened his mail).
b: starts harassing :14, I respond, 3:00 "I got you opening my mail", 5:55 sexual taunt.
c: :41 asks if "still sucking little boy's dicks?", 1:39 "dirty liberal" 1:55 tells me to move again, 2:15 more claims.

11/19/2016- repairing front fence after hurricane, digging holes, cementing posts.
Hendricks takes advantage to harass while I work, I respond rather than stop work.
Unedited phone videos, I would restart the video but up to 10 minutes.
Times mentioned are the minutes into the video, 1:27 = 1 minutes 27 seconds in.

(9 minutes) After 2 minutes hendricks comes out, starts harassing. 4 minutes neighbor/Mike comes out,
starts harassing and threatens me with ron. 7:15 both threaten me.

(10 minutes) Restarted phone video- 1 minute in, acknowledges recording, 2 minutes "sell weed" slander,
4 minutes "liberal". 5 minutes in neighbor/roberts offers post hole digger, we talk. hendricks harasses him for being friendly.
7 minutes ron tells neighbor he will get rid of me.

(4 minutes) After taking a break, I go back outside- :55 threatens,
1:50 pushes his corner fence post into hole I was digging, I call police.

(4 minutes) Restarted phone video- :40 says he "likes talking to cops" hendricks claims damage
to his fence after pushing it into my hole. 1:37 "liberal". Police arrive.

(4 minutes) After taking a break, I go back outside- Harassment continues. Neighbor/Mike joins in. 1:50 "move"
2:07min Hendricks states intent to harass "every day you live in that house". 3:25min points out police unable to do anything.

(3 minutes) Restarted phone video- continued harassment (while mixing cement).


11/22/2016- repairing front fence after hurricane, attaching picket sections.

(8 minutes) 1 minute after I start, hendricks comes out, starts harassing. 2min telling neighbor/Mike false info
about yard sign codes. Mike starts harassing/threatens me 6:10min. 6:20 hendricks threatens,
7:20min neighbor/roberts ("Doc") comes out, arguing with hendricks across street.

(1 minute) Hendricks arguing in street with neighbor (disabled veteran).

(5 minutes) Ron/Mike start harassing. Try to explain to neighbor yard sign issues.
hendricks lies to mike about sign ordinances again (nothing after 4 min).

11/23/2016- ron/neighbor throws dog poop on my window, start video when cleaning off.
Neighbor incited by hendricks, threatens me, attitude based on hendricks' false info. 3:13 "liberal".

The persistant, ongoing harassment includes simple cackling, whistling, spitting since Dec 2015 to where such instances
cause me more anxiety than one would think watching individual videos. Hendricks takes the opportunity to "remind me"
he is there. Below include some examples of such repeatitive "non-verbal" assaults intended to maintain my anxiety
on a cumulative basis and anytime leaving/returning to my home.

Later videos from security system may be multiple channels.
Ch0l- east front yard, Ch02- east side fence and audio (sometimes microphone cuts out), Ch04- west front yard, Ch05- back yard. I don't know how to get them to play together. I start video with earliest time, then start the next video when that time is reached on first video.

5/1/2019- verbal harassment when I return home, locking motorcycle by front door.
Videos, 3 different channels, same time: Ch4) shows me arriving 4:06pm. Ch1) shows ron. Ch2) audio.


5/3/2019- verbal harassment by hendricks when I am walking back from mailman in street.
Videos, 3 different channels, same time: Ch4) shows me in yard 10:28am. Ch1) shows ron. Ch2) audio.


5/5/2019- verbal harassment by hendricks when I return home.
Videos, 3 different channels, same time: Ch4) shows me arriving 3:26pm, in yard. Ch1) shows ron comes out
when I get home. Ch2) audio, ron laughing to remind me he is going to harass me any chance he gets.

A few recent examples Jul-Nov 2020:

7/11/2020- I return home 5:22pm, ron harasses (audio cuts out until I yell back)
as I walk to my front door, I respond, go inside. Ron continues harassing.


7/28/2020- 5:37pm harasses when I return home/walking to my front door.


8/5/2020- mowing back yard (no audio). ron starts harassing from behind garage, out of security camera view,
1) 9:44 I guesture with hand in respone. 2) 9:50 I take my phone out, walk to fence, ron retreats around garage.
3) I carry phone in one hand while I finish mowing.


8/28/2020- 8:54am I return home on motorcycle,
ron comes out while I am unloading groceries, harasses as I walk to door, then leaves.


8/30/2020- taking my garbage out when leaving 12:22pm, ron arrives home, harassing as I walk to my car,
I respond, ask about WinnDixie parking lot incident (had police review store tape for possible stalking).


10/13/2020- 1:55 ron sees me unlocking my motorcycle, waits in truck until I exit my yard,
then accellerates, backing out into street as if to hit me as I pass.
Not a verbal threat, physical threat like when fist swung.


10/16/2020- I return home 8:46am. 8:49 I put out flag, ron harassing from truck, I respond.


11/1/2020- not reset for DST (7:23 actual=8:23 on video). 7:23am I take out garbage, ron by truck, harasses, I respond.


11/16/2020- 7:35am I take garbage out with phone to photograph truck parked in front yard again.
Ron outside, starts harassing (audio out until ron hits fence).


11/17/2020- 8:17am ron harassing "you lied" when I get home, going to front door.
1:39pm harassing when I get home, going to front door.
